The statue of Jesse Mercer sitting with the book "The Cluster" (spiritual hymns and poems from around the year 1800) is is located between Ware Hall and Groover Hall, near the Connell Student Center at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. Sixteen of his inspirational and religious quotes are etched in marble in a circular pattern surrounding the statue.
